We freely admit it–we’re as frustrated as you are with the endless “minutes” on hold, listening to elevator music and boring in-house promotions. Don’t worry, we won’t ever do that to you. (In fact, we don’t even train our representatives on how to put you on hold.)
Our support system is setup so that you can talk to someone who knows our products well. In fact, many members of our support team actually helped develop the products. We like to involve everyone on our team in product support–that’s the best way for them to see what’s going on in the real world. What you think today is what will drive the product tomorrow.
