Representatives from Eastern Michigan University, Adams Outdoor Advertising, the City of Ypsilanti and the Ypsilanti Area Convention and Visitors Bureau will gather to cut a ribbon at the site of the new two-sided, V-shaped billboard at Exit 183 facing I-94 near Huron Street. Immediately following will be a public reception with light refreshments at Adams Outdoor's offices at 880 James L. Hart Parkway in Ypsilanti.
