 Nate NeadAs the President of DigitalSignage.com, Nate juggles his time between digital signage software and hardware sales and consulting, website development and SEO, learning about the latest techniques and technology, and writing on the digital signage blog. Nate has had numerous opportunities showcase his unique talents in both business and leadership. As an undergraduate in college, Nate successfully co-founded a satellite retailer with two long-time friends. Ascent Marketing grew to become one of the largest retailers in the Northwest, covering Washington, Idaho, Utah, and California respectively. Ascent's first four month revenues exceeded $650,000, and first year revenues were in excess of $1,000,000. Nate served as a strong company asset providing the needed leadership and sales experience to push the envelope of the company's success. His personal sales numbers set company records with over 400 new accounts in just shy of 16 months--all this while still performing his classwork as a full-time student. Nate is a graduate of the Marriott School of Business Management of Brigham Young University. He also received minors in chemistry and biology with the intent to matriculate into dental school in the fall of 2008. Nate declined several offers for admittance to pursue his former passion in technology and business--a passion spawned, in part, by classes taken during his undergraduate work at BYU along with his entrepreneurial experience. Nate has been heavily involved in several projects dealing with Internet marketing for technology promotion. His practical experience in this regard later became an invaluable asset for his current role as a consultant for digital signage projects. From 2008 to 2010 Nate served as the National Accounts Manager for Helius digital signage, a division of Hughes in Lindon, UT. He currently serves on the advisory board for Deploid, a marketing company for digital signage software and hardware. His other hobbies include high adventure backpacking, jogging, wrestling, weightlifting, water skiing, and snowboarding. Nate is a native of Seattle, Washington.
